Users can submit tickets by:
1. sending a message to the official Support System e-mail address  using their official email account. This automatically opens a new ticket in the user support system
2. filling out the ticket web-form here: https://sic.podrska.uniri.hr
3. a telephone call to number 265-869, when official email or web interface are unavailable
