IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR STUDENTS!
Dear students,
Starting from October 1st, 2025, mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be introduced for all users of the Office 365 environment, in accordance with the security recommendations of the University of Rijeka and Microsoft requirements. The goal of this change is to enhance the security of your user accounts.

Users can submit tickets by:
1. sending a message to the official Support System e-mail address using their official email account. This automatically opens a new ticket in the user support system
2. filling out the ticket web-form here: https://sic.podrska.uniri.hr
3. a telephone call to number 265-869, when official email or web interface are unavailable
